On 28 June 2016, the Board of Directors of Unipro PJSC unanimously elected Klaus Schäfer, CEO and Member of the Management Board at Uniper SE, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Maxim Shirokov, General Director of Unipro PJSC, was elected to the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In the course of the meeting, the Board of Directors approved the composition of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. Anna Belova was elected to the position of the Chairperson of the Committee, Tatyana Mitrova, Head of Russian and Global Oil and Gas Complex Department, Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ERI RAS), was elected as Member of the Committee.
The Board of Directors of Unipro PJSC approved the new composition of the Risk and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Ulf Backmeyer, Deputy Director General for Finance and Economics of Unipro PJSC, was elected as the Chairman of the Committee; Jörg Tumat, Deputy Director General for Commerce of Unipro PJSC, was elected as Deputy Chairman. The Committee was joined by: Andrey Zhukovsky, Director for Energy Markets of Unipro PJSC, Igor Popov, Deputy Director General for Production of Unipro PJSC, Elena Gabdulkhaeva, Corporate Policy Director of Unipro PJSC, Elena Talalaeva, Head of the Treasury Operations and Risk Management Department of Unipro PJSC.
Galina Shcheglova, Deputy Head of the Corporate Policy Department, was elected as the Corporate Secretary of Unipro PJSC.
The Board of Directors also approved a number of other resolutions related to activities of Unipro PJSC.
