Unipro PJSC held an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders in absentia on December 8, 2016.
The company’s shareholders passed a resolution based on the results of the nine months of 2016 to pay dividends on Unipro PJSC ordinary shares in the amount of RUR 0.1158 per one ordinary share. The dividends are paid out of the profit of the first nine months of 2016, and also from the undistributed profits of the previous years. It was decided to pay the dividends in a monetary form.
