Shaturskaya GRES Branch of Unipro PJSC is proceeding with the maintenance campaign.
On August 11, Power Unit No. 4 was shut down for routine repairs for 15 days. The following activities are planned: expert assessment of industrial safety of the main and peak boilers, and standard maintenance operations, as well as certain additional operations, such as replacement of the feedwater pipeline section, bends of the boiler unit steam supply pipes and bends of the direct steam pipeline.
It should be noted that intermediate maintenance of CCGT-400 Power Unit No. 3 and current repair of Power Unit No. 7 are also planned for this year. The turbines, boilers, generators, and auxiliary equipment will be repaired. These measures will help to improve the plant’s main and auxiliary equipment operation reliability during the heating season of 2022–2023.
The Branch will be conducting the maintenance campaign throughout the entire calendar year, and will complete it in early December.
