Unipro PJSC Shaturskaya GRES Branch has completed preparations for the heating season and brought heat supply sources online. Consumers are expected to be connected to the central heating system according to the schedule approved by the city administration.
On September 13, all social facilities began to receive heat. Pursuant to RF Government Resolution No. 354 dated 6 May 2011, heat power will be supplied to multi-family apartment buildings after the average daily temperature stays below +8 °C for 5 days.
Within the framework of the planned repair campaign, the power plant specialists replaced more than 3.7 km of pipelines and repaired thermal insulation of pipelines with the total length of about 800 linear metres.
The purpose of the works performed by the branch is to improve the service quality, reliability, safety, and performance of the networks, reduce heat and heat transfer fluid losses, and electric power consumption during heat transportation and distribution.
