As of today, RTS Classic Market has begun trading in uncertificated registered ordinary shares in Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Market of Power and Energy (WGC-4). WGC-4 shares have been added to the list of securities admitted to trading on RTS but not included on any Quotation lists.
Earlier, on July 27, 2006, WGC-4 shares were admitted to the trading floor as non-listed shares at RTS Stock Exchange (Open Joint Stock Company). Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) started trading shares in WGC-4 as non-listed shares on August 2, 2006.
WGC-4 shares are expected to be included in Quotation List B of the Russian trading floors in November 2006.
