On July 4, 2014, the Board of Directors of E.ON Russia JSC at its first Meeting in the new composition* unanimously elected Jorgen Kildahl, Member of the Management Board, E.ON SE, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Maxim Shirokov, CEO of E.ON Russia JSC, was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
